So last Saturday I had plans to spend the morning savaging through what may have been trash to others, but something great to me. Every June they have something called Trash to Treasures. An event that reminded me of a huge flee market only under a disgusting city bridge. Ok, Ok, it was under the football stadium but it was pretty ugly down there. Well, anyways by the time I got there along with my friend Sam we only had fifteen minutes to search through what was left. After walking past a butt load of cloths wondering what the hell I was here for I found two printers that ended up being only two whole dollars each, YUP....two bucks.
My favorite part of the day was on our way to Target we were stopped by a little ole yard sale where instead of Sam finding a kitchen table I snagged myself a nice little computer desk. It was being sold for twenty dollars but I thought it was worth fifteen. The woman selling the desk met me at a whopping seventeen dollars and I gave in.
Yeah and after five minutes of typing my keyboard ended up on the floor. Exactly why I tried to get it for fifteen bucks, but hey it still turns out to be a nice desk anyways.
